A year ago I had a lot to say when it came to great films. Not only did I post My Picks For The Best Films of 2009 (a list of 15 films and 5 documentaries), but I also produced the monster of all posts: My Picks For The Top 100 Films of The Decade.
Well, this year things are a little simpler, as all I've got is a list of my favorite 15 films of the past year.

It's a full two weeks into the new year and I've finally assembled my list of the best films of the past year. It may be a bit late, but that doesn't change the fact that this is a list of 25 must-see new films; films that helped make this such a phenomenal year for a movie nut like myself.
The "I'm F*cking Ben Affleck" Rave
Last month I posted a rave about that hilarious Sarah Silverman clip called "I'm F*cking Matt Damon", which has now gone on to become one of the most watched clips in internet history. Well, if you liked that then you've most certainly got to watch her boyfriend Jimmy Kimmel's response, which is, appropriately enough, called "I'm F*cking Ben Affleck".
Some things in life simply need to be seen. This, I promise you, is definitely one of them. It may not be as good as Sarah's, but it's pretty damn close. And this one's got a whole lot more guest stars and even a spoof of "We Are The World" to boot.
