"My Back Pages"

As you may have already guessed, my name is Mike and this is my site: MikesAndDislikes.

Life here, where I live, on the West Coast of Canada is simply heavenly. It may rain a bit too much, but that doesn't really matter because the simple reality is, rain or no rain, this is, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful places on earth. Period!

But enough about the weather and scenery already, you say? What about me? Well, let's just say I'm dedicated to music, film, sports, world travel, my wife, my son, and a far more just and peaceful world. And I'm currently writing a book about my (and my wife Sonoko's) 3-year trip across Asia, though, it should be noted, I've also been known to write a rant or two... rants which, in fact, take up most of my available book-writing time.
